A cartooning machine which picks a single piece from stack of folded carton and erects it, it fills with a product like toothpaste, ointment, cosmetic tubes, bister, vials, pouches, soap and leaflet with products horizontally. Its open carton end and closes by tucking the end flaps of the carton or applying glue or adhesive. The product pushed in the carton through the mechanical trip able cum pneumatic pressurized air with instant auto stop to avoid product and machine damage, these safety is installed in machine various sections for safety.
