• Complete PLC based and activated for, if no tube in tube holder it stop nitrogen purging pre and post product filling, lami sealing, trimming, and same will be act reverse in presence of tube in holder. Other safety features like product level sensor to detect tube in hopper and empty tube in tube feeder, Machine jam, air pressure drops, centralized lubrication etc.

• The pump unit has a horizontal dosing system, which aids in easy suction.

• Bottom-up filling coupled with shut-off nozzle ensures accurate & clean fill without air entrapment.

• Indexer no backlash absolutely smooth.

• Tool-less adjustments coupled with faster reproduction of settings (aided by position indicators and tri-clover fittings) make changeover quite effortless.
